Attached are documents to be printed, all copies signed and delivered to the DHL courier at the time of collection.It is mandatory to send a simple copy of a document with a photo of the sender with the shipment.The collection was scheduled for today during business hours from 9:30 am to 5:00 pmWe are available for any clarification. Important notes:
 We do not have access to taxes and fees charged at the destination.It is up to the recipient to arrange the payment and/or presentation of documents that the country's Customs deems necessary.

After collecting your shipment, the weight and dimensions of your package are checked. If weight or measures different from the one informed for quotation is found, the customer will be informed by email and the amounts will be charged later through a bank slip issued in the sender's name and CPF with payment for 7 days after issuance.
