Brooklyn Blogade Roadshow: Flatbush Edition
I'd like to extend a big thanks to Flatbush Gardener, Sustainable Flatbush, and Vox Pop for making the first Brooklyn Blogade Roadshow a resounding success. The gorgeous Sunday afternoon weather was an especially nice touch. These guys must have connections in high places. I'd also like to thank Pipistrelle for making the trek over with me.
Later this evening, I'll have more photographs, observations, and an exclusive interview with FG, in which he reveals the secret meaning behind the acronym "SWARM," a cabalistic anagram known only to a few initiated Flatbushers (Flatbushians?).
In the meantime, here's the happy crowd as viewed from the "shout out" stage. Unfortunately, they cut the microphone just as I was beginning my hip-hop rendition of "Howl."

Im not sure if you can see me clearly at all in the photo but I can see myself pretty good, and it was a wonderful place to meet other bloggers before my leg started to give out again. Im sure it will be special when all y'all get together again, maybe Ill throw a stoop party like a bring your own 40s type throwdown. Now that would be good as the camaras and all that would be banned, as I see it we go late night on the whole show.

Thank you for making me look so adorable! Blog Widow will like it, I think.
