Sure -- the differences are obvious. The guy on the left was once a volunteer firefighter who served bravely, so he did some good for the world before he embarked on his graft-greedy career. The guy in the middle was mercifully fictitious, so he never really hurt anyone with his corruption. The guy on the right will someday be assigned to shine Robert Moses' shoes with his tongue in the deepest bowels of Hell.
